WASHINGTON, Toppenish – Dressing Services for CHARLOTTE G. SAM, 56, were held June 15, 2009, in the Colonial Funeral Home. Interment was held June 17 in the Satus Point Cemetery. Charlotte was born November 8, 1952 in Seaside, Oregon. She passed away June 13, 2009, in Toppenish.
